Designing and maintaining HCL Notes applications to automate workflows. Providing L2/L3 support for desktop and web applications, handling troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance tuning. Collaborating with stakeholders on requirements, enhancements, and documentation.

Led end-to-end web app and infrastructure delivery — provisioned servers, built backend APIs with .NET and Flask, implemented backups and monitoring. Collaborated cross-functionally to automate processes and improve data access.

Manufacturing Execution System (MES)

VS Industry Berhad

Implemented MES across two NPI projects from requirements to production using Python, Django, and MySQL. Planned network topology for ~150 machines, integrated Zebra printers and Keyence scanners.
